Youth Partnership The ACFSO works directly with youth ages 13-21 who have been involved with the mental health, juvenile justice, or child welfare system. Youth Partnership provides a forum to share their experiences. The Youth Partnership members are committed to making a difference through community service. Mission Statement: Our goal is to be an accepted, productive member of our community. We would like to change the way the community views the children with emotional, mental and behavioral challenges. We feel we can do this through educating ourselves, our peers, and the community about these challenges that some children face every day of their lives. We would like to turn the negative images into positive ones through community involvement. We feel that we can be a positive, productive member of our community through volunteering and education.
